Description
A rat IgG2b negative control for the measurement of non-specific binding of rat monoclonal antibodies of isotype IgG2b. The control antibody is suitable for use as a negative control with human, mouse and canine tissues.
Formulation
0.5 ml (100 µg/ml) 0.2 µm filtered biotinylated antibody solution in PBS, containing 0.1% bovine serum albumine and 0.02% sodium azide.

Application
The biotinylated antibody can be used for flow cytometry.
Use
For flow cytometry dilutions to be used depend on detection system applied. It is recommended that the user titrates the antibody for use in their system to a concentration equivalent to that of their test reagents.
Storage and stability
Product should be stored undiluted at 4°C. Under recommended storage conditions, product is stable for one year.
