A rat IgG
1 negative control for the measurement of non-specific binding of rat monoclonal antibodies of isotype IgG
1.
This antibody recognizes a human cell surface marker. Therefore, it cannot be used as a negative control in human tissues.
The negative control is suitable for use with mouse tissues.
Formulation
0.5 ml (100 µg/ml) 0.2 µm filtered FITC conjugated antibody solution in PBS, containing 1% bovine serum albumine and 0.02% sodium azide.

Application
The FITC conjugated antibody can be used for flow cytometry.
Use
For flow cytometry dilutions to be used depend on detection system applied. It is recommended that the user titrates the antibody for use in their system to a concentration equivalent to that of their test reagents.
Storage and stability
Product should be stored undiluted at 4°C. Under recommended storage conditions, product is stable for one year.
