Species
Rat IgG1
Application
The antibody can be used for immuno assay, immunohistochemistry on frozen sections and flow cytometry. Furthermore, the antibody is useful as an ELISA standard.
Use
For immuno assay, immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry dilutions to be used depend on detection system applied. It is recommended that the user titrates the antibody for use in their system to a concentration equivalent to that of their test reagents.
Storage and stability
Product should be stored undiluted at 4°C or at -20°C if preferred. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Under recommended storage conditions, product is stable for one year.
