Description
This highly specific monoclonal antibody P9V6 reacts with phosphotyrosine. It does not cross react with phosphoserine or phosphothreonine.
Formulation
1 ml (100 µg/ml) 0.2 µm filtered antibody solution in PBS, containing 0.02% sodium azide and 0.1% bovine serum albumin.

Application
The antibody P9V6 can be used for immuno assay and Western blotting.
Use
For Western blotting dilutions to be used depend on detection system applied. It is recommended that users test the reagent and determine their own optimal dilutions. The typical starting working dilution is 1:10. Western blotting can be performed using standard procedures. Blocking should be performed with 1 - 1.5% bovine serum albumin (for phosphotyrosine blotting never use non-fat dry milk or other).
Storage and stability
Product should be stored at 4°C. Under recommended storage conditions, product is stable for one year.
