Human Properdin ELISA and mAbs

Human Properdin, or Factor P, stabilizes the C3 convertase (C3bBb) in the Alternative pathway en route to MAC formation.  Recent research indicates Properdin is a Pattern Recognition Molecule able to bind a variety of targets such as: microbial surfaces, apoptotic and necrotic cells.  Our ELISA (Cat.#HK334)detects Properdin multimers in the range of 0.3-20 ng/ml, with Mouse and Swine cross-reactivity.  Sample types include: Serum, Plasma, Urine, BAL, and CSF.  Available February 1st.
Also available two monoclonal antibodies: Cat.# HM2282 and Cat.# HM2283.
