Description
The monoclonal antibody recognizes rat macrophages and is reactive with all common inbred strains. F-6-J is derived from hybridization of mouse SP2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice immunized with WAG/Rij lymphnode cells.
Formulation
1 ml (100 µg/ml) 0.2 µm filtered antibody solution in PBS, containing 0.01% sodium azide and 50% (v/v) glycerol.

Application
The antibody can be used for flow cytometry and immunohistology on frozen sections.
Use
For immunohistology and flow cytometry dilutions to be used depend on detection system applied. It is recommended that users test the reagent and determine their own optimal dilutions. The typical starting working dilution is 1:10 for flow cytometry and 1:100 for immunohistology.
Storage and stability
Product should be stored at 4°C. Under recommended storage conditions, product is stable for one year.
