Upgrade I-FABP ELISA (Cat.#HK406)

We would like to inform you that we have made an improvement in the HK406. The old kit was build on a polyclonal antibody pair, the new kit contains a monoclonal antibody pair.
This improvement increases the sensitivity of the ELISA. As shown in the figure below, this also influences the measurement of samples. Samples were measured in the old and the new kit: the figure below shows the correlation between the two kits. For example, urine sample 7 had a concentration of 1047 pg/ml measured in the old kit and 2585 pg/ml in the new kit.
