Application

The Mouse IgG1, mAb MOPC-21 immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype control for several applications:- Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence and immunofluorescent staining (surface or intracellular) for flow cytometric analysis. This isotype control is also available in low endotoxin and ultra low endotoxin format for functional studies (Cat.# HI4001 and HI5001).

Use

For mentioned applications dilutions to be used depend on detection system applied. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody for use in their system to a concentration equivalent to the test reagents.
