Application

The Mouse IgG1, mAb MOPC-21 immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype control for several applications: Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, mmunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence and immunofluorescent staining (surface or intracellular) for flow cytometric analysis. This isotype control
has an ultra low endotoxin level and is therefore for e.g. highly sensitive assays or in vivo studies.

Use

For mentioned applications- dilutions to be used depend on detection system applied. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody for use in their system to a concentration equivalent to the test reagents.

Formulation

50 µg (1.0 mg/ml) 0.2 µm filtered antibody solution in PBS. The endotoxin level is <0.1EU/µg of the protein.

Storage and stability

Product should be stored undiluted at 4°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Under recommended storage conditions, product is stable for one year.
