This monoclonal antibody binds to human PECAM-1 (platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1; CD31) a specific component of endothelial cell junctions. PECAM-1 is also expressed in platelets and leukocytes.

Use
For flow cytometry dilutions to be used depend on detection system applied. It is recommended that users test the reagent and determine their own optimal dilutions. The typical starting working dilution is 1:10.
