Are your products available through resellers?

Yes, much of our catalog is available through most major resellers like Fisher, VWR, ZAGENO & BioProcure.

What are the typical lead times?

Most Hycult Biotech products are in stock at our central warehouse in The Netherlands.

In addition, a selection of products is available from stock at our US office.

  • In‑stock products are typically shipped within a few business days
  • Delivery times depend on stock location, shipping method, and destination

Can I reserve a specific product lot?

Yes, for many Hycult Biotech products it is possible to reserve a specific lot.

Lot reservation can be useful if you:

  • want to ensure consistency between experiments
  • plan to reorder the same product over a longer period
  • work under validated or regulated conditions

Availability and conditions for lot reservation depend on the product type and stock situation.

What are the shipping conditions for Hycult Biotech products?

Most Hycult Biotech products are shipped at ambient temperature.

A limited number of protein products require shipment on dry ice.
In these cases, appropriate packaging is used to maintain product integrity during transport.

Upon receipt, customers are requested to store the products at the recommended temperature immediately, as indicated on the product label and CoA-TDS.

Are there customs duties, import fees or shipping responsibilities on my order?

Orders shipped from outside the United States are subject to customs clearance procedures.

Our US office uses UPS as courier. All shipments are made Ex Works (EXW). This means that responsibility for the shipment transfers once the goods leave Hycult Biotech’s facility.

Import fees are charged to Hycult Biotech USA and are partially passed on to the customer. The applicable charges will be clearly stated in your quotation or order confirmation.

Hycult Biotech prepares all shipments with the required commercial documentation to support smooth customs processing.

What credit cards are accepted for payment?

Hycult Biotech Inc. accepts VISA and MasterCard.  Customers are welcome to use these payment methods on the webshop or place an order over the phone by calling their information in to (855) 249-2858.
